Discover artistic swimming!

Los Angeles Synchro Nymphs welcomes swimmers ages 7 to 17— no synchro experience necessary.

Whether your child is curious about trying something new or ready to compete, we have a program to meet them where they are. Our low-commitment Saturday program is a great way to get started, while our competitive teams offer year-round training for swimmers who want to take their skills further.

Competitive Teams

Grow from beginner to competitor

Our competitive pathway helps athletes develop technical skills, strength, artistry, and teamwork through progressive levels of training. Coaches evaluate each swimmer to determine the best placement for their development.

Levels include:

Novice: Building competitive foundations

Intermediate: Developing advanced skills

Age Group: High-level training and competition
