Los Angele’s Premier Artistic Swimming Team

The Los Angeles Synchro Nymphs is proud to offer year-round artistic swimming instruction to athletes at the novice, intermediate, advanced, and Junior Olympic levels. Our coaches are experts in artistic swimming and have first-hand experience in both coaching and competing at elite levels.

Competitive Teams

Grow from beginner to competitor

Our competitive pathway helps athletes develop technical skills, strength, artistry, and teamwork through progressive levels of training. Coaches evaluate each swimmer to determine the best placement for their development.

Levels include:

Novice: Building competitive foundations

Intermediate: Developing advanced skills

Age Group: High-level training and competition
